There's no need to worry about coordinating schedules, keeping track of team members, handing out accommodation keys, or managing all the details you're used to overseeing. Once you arrive in the wilderness, we take care of everything. We manage the entire programme, make sure you're in the right place at the right time, and provide all the equipment you need.

Here, you can even hold your meeting high among the treetops in a Bird's Nest, with breathtaking natural surroundings right outside the window. While you focus on your discussions, we'll take care of everything else, ensuring you enjoy excellent food, coffee served at just the right time, opportunities to strengthen your team spirit, and a peaceful night's sleep in our tranquil setting.
Located in the heart of Västerbotten, between Umeå and Lycksele, Granö Beckasin is a natural meeting place. Whether you're planning an inspiring kick-off, a productive lunch meeting, or an efficient conference, we provide the perfect setting. Contact us and we'll tailor a package to suit your specific needs and objectives.
Meals are served either in our restaurant at Granö Beckasin Lodge or adjacent to your conference venue. We're proud to serve game sourced from our own wildlife management area whenever possible. For day conferences, lunch, sandwiches, coffee breaks, fruit, sweets, and refreshments are included. A particular favourite among our conference guests is the Granö Sandwich, a traditional soft flatbread baked in a wood-fired oven in Granö and filled with Vindeln-smoked ham, Västerbotten cheese, horseradish cream, and fresh salad.
Accommodation is provided at Granö Beckasin Lodge, just a short walk from the conference facilities. Our newly built Eco Hotel offers 24 beds across 12 rooms. Including our Bird's Nests and cabins, we provide a total of 26 hotel-standard rooms.
We offer a variety of meeting spaces to suit different group sizes. Gather in Beckasingården, which accommodates up to 35 guests, or enjoy a more intimate meeting among the treetops in a Bird's Nest for up to six participants. We also offer our Glass House as a conference venue, seating up to 15 people. All facilities are bright, welcoming, and modern, with wireless internet available throughout the property.
To strengthen team spirit and create a stronger sense of togetherness, we offer a wide range of activities. Relax in a wood-fired hot tub, experience a dog sled adventure, cook outdoors over an open fire, or join us on a Northern Lights photography excursion. Tallbacken Event - Plan your meeting with us
Choose between two unique conference venues. Ramsele Byagård, "In the Heart of Nature", provides an inspiring setting for creative meetings and conferences of up to 50 participants, with accommodation and activities available to complete your stay.
During the summer months, Tallbackens Camping offers conferencing with stunning panoramic lake views. Guests can enjoy accommodation, catering, and a variety of activities, all in a beautiful natural setting.
To strengthen team spirit and create memorable experiences, Tallbacken Event offers team-building activities, a sauna, wood-fired hot tubs, barbecue areas, and customised entertainment such as quiz walks, music, and trivia competitions. Many activities can be arranged either on-site or at a location of your choice.
